if you rent i don't think you can change eqipment on ships but if you own them with in game credits or real money you can change eqipment

you can both buy and rent with ingame money

okay, yeah the space sandbox genre is quite a blast. but if you like space engineers it's very posible you would like elite dangerous and star citizen

@Naimad360 trust me, it's one of the most immersive games i've ever played in the ssci fi genre

worst case you get a glitch here and there

it's a very janky game too so sometimes you just gotta swallow the bitter pill and restart, but it's pretty smooth nowadays
