but if you’re already drunk, the chances of being served more are pretty unlikely

I mean they don’t really set fixed limits because everyone handles alcohol differently

some people try to get around the two-drink limit by having someone else at the table order for them, but the bar staff usually catch on pretty quickly

like no more than 2 drinks at a time etc etc

we have what are called “dram shop laws,” which can hold the bar or restaurant legally responsible if they overserve someone who then causes harm
