I saw my mom lifting the water packs knowing damn well I could throw those things around but cause of the stitches she wouldn't let me

Bro i love working out and I wasnt allowed to even lift 10 pounds

Hell I had surgery last year, couldnt lift anything cause it would rupture the stitches and I HATED IT
